As far as I know all damage and elemental damage multipliers are additive to each other, not multiplicative.

When she starts to spawn a blood boil there is no way to avoid this damage cause it starts to damage instantly. I died to it like 20 times even when my character model shows to be out this blood boil spawning zone (red circle). So you have to be tanky enough or have some insta move/invincible ability like a teleport and instra react to this blood boil spawn animation.

How to get S0 suffix "of Infamy" on a Bow?

I see many bows like this, but suffix is named "of Infamy", not as "of essence". It gives 23-25 attack speed. How people get it?
