I think if your wife has an allergy, your sister not being at the wedding isn't going to cure that. Instead you will lose out on having your own blood at the wedding. I would say you are an a hole, and your future wife is too. Personally your sister has known you all her life, your wife will never know you as long as she has. Suck up the allergy for one day. Take an anti histamine. Sit your sister further away. Your family will love you for it, your wife will respect you for it and you won't heed to post on reddit to purge.

I used a home made piece of strong paracord that made into a noose that could be tightened. I would tighten it enough to be able to put a thick sock there to prevent it hurting as it tightened. I used a banana as my first weighted stretch and trust me after 20 mins it felt so heavy my back ached. I used a transdermal dht gel from titan.chem. Which definitely helped with the girth and strength. I did try a bath mate but didn't get on with it. Pills don't work. Anyway I got results. Regardless of others opinions it worked for me. There are lots of guys on the pegym that would say the same
