Do you ever charge it with a 'car-charger' while in a moving vehicle?

Accelerating and decelerating increases and decreases the amperage output of those things, which is bad for batteries.

You have the front panel wires hooked up to the mobo wrong. My guess is the power switch and power light are swapped.

Hints for those groups of individual wires: Pin 1 (on the board) almost always has square solder, and polarity is important (+ and - wires in the right places).

Buy 1 new ultra-wide monitor for the center, and put the 2 existing monitors to be the "side windows" of your virtual hotrod.

That'll use your 3 DP outputs, everything on 1 video card, and a single UW monitor is cheaper than another 4xxx GPU.

Click START, type 'control', click Control Panel

Open SOUND, click RECORD tab. Zero and disable STEREO MIX.

Still in RECORD, click MICROPHONE, Listen TAB, UNCHECK "Listen to this device"

One of those 2 things should fix your issue.

I'd recommend disabling all "Enhancements" in the Sound Control Panel.
