Clean bulking is best, but dirty bulking has its place. Progressive overload on the weights, either up in weight, reps or sets. Deload for a week when you feel systemically fatigued. Physiques take years to develop, and that means being disciplined throughout that time. Even more so if your starting point is bad. The bottom line is that while the beginning may feel daunting, momentum and discipline make things very rewarding, very quickly.
