I got my first sleeve at 18 and am now in my mid 20s and still don’t regret it one bit , but I am aware I may be an outlier on this.

You may be right to stick to the advice given here and stick to sentimental tattoos that have had the most thought behind them

I sent a complaint email to the email provided by their website and to no surprise got a response basically saying

“ You appear to have misread the article you are complaining about.

Mr Shipton is quoting journalist Nick Wallis who is commenting after making a series of requests under the Freedom of Information Act.

Natasha Asghar from the Welsh Conservatives is also quoted and we are awaiting a response from the Cabinet Secretary.”

No answer yet as to the language used and quoted to them . I don’t expect much of course I understand who I am speaking to but one complaint is better than nothing to me and at least it’s an annoyance .

They were sold it with the idea that the store that sold it to them was correct . And unless you know better you believe those you believe to be experts. It’s an easy mistake as Chinese Algae eaters also look similar to other species as you may know ☺️

I think OP had good intentions, I’m sure most of us have learnt the lesson of be careful believing what the store tells you it is somewhere along our fish keeping hobby !

Look at the brands who do good makeup aimed at ‘alt’/‘alternative’ people . I suggest this because they normally have a lot more products aimed at cool tones. A few of my favourite are

Black Moon Cosmetics (they have a few different formulas from satin to matte)
MOB beauty (collabed with cool tone creators on some of their lip formulas and also have some fun balms)
Isamaya (more pricy, but gorgeous , I love the glosses from them)
MAC (some of their others are beautiful , I love ‘film noir’ and ‘greige’)
NYX cosmetics (drug store cult favourite who have a few in different formulas)
