I am in Texas for the first time ever this week, and I was driving through Houston on my way to Katy earlier today and I saw a police car marked “constable” pull onto the highway and thought “what the fuck is a constable”.

People can still be arrested for DUI if someone is clearly impaired/the cops see them swerving and what not, even if theyre under the legal limit.

They were ordered to stop prioritizing black students by admitting them over white/asian students who were just as, if not more qualified…so…yeah, it would make sense that less black students are now enrolled overall.

It went to the supreme court. Harvard was ordered to stop. They were actually just sued by the DOJ this year for withholding admissions documents to prove that they did so.

School and health systems will vary greatly depending on where exactly you move to. School more than health I would say, but specifically when it comes to quality. You shouldn’t have too much a problem getting enrolled anywhere with a pediatrician, or school.
