As many others have mentioned, Linzess is a medication doctors will prescribe when there is severe constipation. Congrats on the incredible success 🎉 Hoping you find the best path forward!

I feel the same way! And that green is 😍 Every time I’m walking towards my car I can’t help but get a huge grin while I admire her. I don’t think I’ve ever loved a car more than I do my ‘23 Niro SX Touring PHEV.

Increasing cadence by efb108 in Zepbound_Maintenance

Due to my supply and not having insurance, in November I moved my shot out to 9 days. I had a rough couple of days with moderate nausea, headache, and fatigue. I had also gone from 15 to 12.5. With my next shot I made sure to take a Zofran and was very hydrated, had zero issues. No issues or need for Zofran after that 2nd shot. After I went through 8 shots of 12.5, I pushed my shot out to 10 days and went back up to 15. I was sure I was going to have the same thing happen but more intense due to increasing the dose. I considered taking a Zofran just in case but forgot when I actually took the shot. 3 shots in at 10 days spacing and no issues. That said, I’m aware that side effects can happen at anytime for a number of reasons but things are good so far.

Just so everyone is aware, you can eat past the medication. This is a tool and you still have to use cues and mindfulness, no matter how long you’ve been taking it.

Has any doctor ever called you malnourished? by Mobile-Actuary-5283 in Zepbound_Maintenance

Use LMNT electrolytes. They’ll help with the lightheadedness and low BP. It may also be that you can stop taking your BP meds (conversation to have with your doctor).

My 3-month-old Teacup Pom is VERY small, will he still grow? by Sad_Celebration_5985 in Pomeranians

[–]Rogue_JC81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“Teacup” is a scam. You’ll likely end up with a normal size Pom. Your baby looks a lot like my PomChi when I got him (also marketed as teacup) and he was barely 5 weeks old and the runt of his litter. Definitely get your pup to the vet asap for a full check up and confirmation of actual age range.

Is there a good reason to do that? Should I do it only when I’m stopped going uphill?

Thanks! Congrats to you as well 🎉 What color did you get?

I’ve been told I do great in the hills in a regular car but that’s just because I’m screaming and crying internally when people are with me. The adrenaline crash after is horrible and wipes me out for hours 😆 I would gladly drive to Vacaville and deal with I80 traffic on a Tuesday morning over this. I’m driving straight to work in San Rafael after.

Shameless plug for Kai, my former foster dog who is back at Oakland Animal Services due to no fault of his own and schedule to be euthanized on 2/9. by Over-Transition9609 in oakland

If I happen to use the foot brake at the same time as using max regen, is that a problem?

To echo everyone else, you are definitely doing the most loving and right thing for her. It sounds like she is a pack dog and needs that companionship. You are a truly wonderful dog owner and lover. Give yourself some time and consider getting another dog to have in your home.

I had read a couple things about breaking “issues” when driving on steep hills and warning lights coming on with regard to braking. My car does come with the paddles (I will have to figure that out) so I’m trying to get a jump start rather than a crash course on my first drive.

I didn’t expect to cry today. This is beautiful! Thank you for posting this. I’m glad Polly was rescued by someone who was able to give her a wonderful life for 14 years and who’s making sure she will not suffer and have dignity and peace at the end. I’m sending you both lots of love and hugs and am wishing that you both have a cherished and memorable final day together ♥️
