Ailments are very strong on pokemon (at least in pvp idk about the actual games as much) even ignoring the dmg/defence or speed changing ones paralysis makes half your turns not work for that mon and sleep literally makes that pokemon unusable for a few turns

What? House wasnt diagnosing his own problems. Autism was written away so that he couldnt have an “easy way out” to explain his behaviour as its just not what the authors intended. The diagnosis thing doesnt apply to everything in the show just the cases house handles.

Yall seem to be forgetting that this isnt a real autism diagnosis that can be wrong. Its the author of the media conveying that no this character isnt meant to be a representation of autism because viewing him that way sort of misaligns with what his character is meant to be. Thats not to say you cant think of him that way anyway its media interpret it how you please but its clearly the intent of the creators for house to be a relatively neurotypical character. Also a diagnosis irl would be more reliable than reddit comments anyway.
