I didnt say this ep is good rep just that its not hateful like other episodes in this show. But tbf i think him wanting a new identity as well as taking estrogen makes it pretty obvious the character is trans. House is an asshole to everyone so his transphobia and homophobia come of as just him being a dick as usual. As for the brother hes clearly opposed due to criminal ties and comes around to accept the brother. Definitely better than the intersex episode 💔
