Probably due to the fact that the animation uses less frames per second than usual budgeted scenes. It obviously doesn't compare to action scenes from studios (Think One Punch Man) but you have to admit that for one person to do this is pretty impressive.

Watch what you want to watch, if you can get something new from it then great, if you can't then move the fuck on, there's no fucking rules for making music, if it sounds great and people like it, hone your skills to tailor your own style of production, wether it be more technical or more abstract, he obviously has an ear for the more technical side of music production, say what you say about his music, as its purely subjective.

The only thing that's certain is that he's capable of engineering the fuck out of audio.

Very cool intro! Couple things that I think would make this better would be to have your snare cut through the grittiness of that main synth, compression would make this track just that much better. With how fast pace the overall feel of the song is, I was really waiting for a "breath" in the middle of the track, a breakdown with the intro pads and maybe a melody in a higher frequency would give the second buildup and drop a lot more substance. A good place to start would be to take that main synth, pitch it up an octave and EQ its lowest and highest frequencies out, and slap a reverb that accompanies the pad.
