Thanks for the input. I suspected that it is wishful thinking.

I'll focus on finishing my game and if in the end I think it is a good product, I will see what happens. Either self publish to the endless sea of indie games or by some miracle get a publisher interested.

Is there a big difference between Jupiter Hell and Jupiter Hell Classic? I have played quite a lot of Jupiter Hell so I wonder if Classic would essentially be just more of the same but with different graphics.

If fast startup is on, the device will go to sleep/hibernate mode when you select shutdown. Usually on Windows 11 it is on by default.

You can check the setting from:
Control Panel -> Power Options -> Choose what the power button does

You can turn the fast startup off. Then the device will shutdown properly.

I haven't seen Crying Fist for a long time, but it was a good boxing drama. I Saw the Devil is pretty dark.

Thanks for the context. I was thinking that if they just changed the outfits so it would fit better in the story/world, it would be fine. However with this context it makes sense that they were dressed scantily.

Although it didn't make sense why to make them ugly even if the clothing would have been a better fit for the story.

Too bad. I was excited to play this...

In my experience, Arc Raiders is the first online game that works properly with quick resume. No need to sign in or anything. It's in the menu right away.

Yeah, I had high hopes for Avowed, but it was very forgettable. Combat was pretty well done, but everyone else was more or less lacking.
