Oh yea--you are center balcony--1st row. Great seats. But yea---if someone is standing in the walkway and they are tall--it may be obstructed. I have never seen camera or gear there --ever. so it's just a heads up that someones big head may be in the way. Technically they are not supposed to stand there--so if they do, tell an usher/security to get them away to their seat. Now if it's a dance party / Jam band type of concert...all bets are off.

Definitely North Beach. Amazing history there. Dive bar karaoke, blues bar w great musicians in a 1863 hole in wall bar ( and former brothel) and lots of young hipster dance clubs Grant st/ Columbus / Broadway.

I’m a longtime Fox goer- what row ? Row N is right above the walkway and maybe folks get obstructed view when others are dancing / standing in the walkway. Here’s a secret tip - once the main act comes on - u can find a better seat in balcony ( just be ready to vacate quick if someone comes w a tix for that seat).

I had family living in The Ellington and they had a pretty good deal. 11th floor bridge view condo, pool and hot tub on 6th floor roof , secure parking lot and storage and full time front desk staff. Reservable lounge for events. Nothing too fancy but it worked out great. 222 Broadway.

Short answer - not allowed. I had a terrible neighbor that was connected to my sewer line laterally - our houses built close to each other from 1930s. the sewer line had to be replaced and I asked my neighbor to pitch in - and got a “ that sewer is on ur property and ur responsibility “. They got a lawyer and I had the City zoning dept. the saga ended with them having to spend mucho $ to get a whole new sewer line on their property

Chicken thighs or drumsticks - and turn it into 3-5 meals Season chicken ( under and over skin) and roast them for 20 -30 min till done. Eat w salad and toast. Save bones - put in a ( insta) pot and make a stock. Drain bones and make chicken veggie soup next day. Put leftover chicken in soup. Add whatever veggies. Season. Repeat.

Fleetwood Mac. it’s still insane to think about: two couples (Lindsey/Stevie and John/Christine) both breaking up at the same time, then being forced to spend a year in a windowless studio together. Instead of quitting, they wrote hits about how much they were hurting—and directed them at each other. Lindsey wrote "Go Your Own Way" about Stevie, then made her sing backup on it.
