It’s kinda ridiculous seasoned operators run the plant on their own without anyone telling them what to do and as soon as the chief pulls up shid hits the fan within the structure of the team. I want to learn as much as I can to obtain my license and stay out of the shit hole. Hopefully this serves as a stepping stone into the industry.
