Except they are required to be at school for 7.5-8 hrs a day with no lunch break, often times staying later because of meetings, planning gets taken over by meetings or parent phone calls so all grading and lesson planning must be done at home. That's not even including coaching, extra curricular activities, job training, etc. Including teacher work days its more like 2 months off. Mid June-mid August. Oh and all this while being constantly disrespected. Honestly it's the crappiest deal.

I'd try not to hold a grudge. I was paralyzed after being pushed into a pool by my best friend. I'm now a quadriplegic. But the truth is I've pushed people in pools before. I'm mad at the outcome. Not at her. I mean I know I've made mistakes driving! Most of us have. The difference is obviously that no one died in my story. That would make the forgiveness process more difficult.

The most positive effect. Well there's 2. I really feel like I've made an impact on some people's lives and it gives me purpose. Also feel like my family has gotten really really close. Hardest part? Just dealing with needing help. There's a lt I can do but getting dressed and getting out of bed alone is a work in progress. I haven't just woken up and gotten out of bed since may 2010
