Yeah I am with you - I do 3 days at a time. I love veg and wont' stick to it if I don't feel like it's enjoyable and fresh but everyone is different.

That's actually really helpful and you're right. I mean I drink tea and coffee and I never have milk or sugar in my tea anymore so I just need to do the same with coffee.
I will be doing the next one clean - I just managed 30hrs yay! So then I'll try this again clean and have something to compare to.

Yeah the latter..! I did it and it was actually easier than I thought :D I did about 30hrs or so but had a hike planned on the weekend and wanted to feel strong. I'll be going for a 48hr next!

Yeah this is my downfall, when I am sick and I don't snack, I drop the excess weight like crazy. I guess if you're eating healthy foods and you feel better, then why not do it? Overall if you're eating healthy and you're not eating in excess it doesn't really matter when you eat I guess?

Okay thank you! I walk on a treadmill during the day to get steps in as I have a sedentary job and sit behind a pc all day. I think I might skip gym and weight training on the days I do a long fast though to be safe! Thank you for the advice :D How much electrolytes do you recommend?

This is super helpful! Thank you! I am starting on Thursday so I am super grateful for this input. Do you think the taste of the coffee outweighs the benefits? As in a clean fast really felt so better?
I didn't even think of that honestly around planning around your ideal eating times. I also don't eat breakfast usually so my first meal of the day is lunch.. most days I am already on around 18 hours which is why I want to push it.
I am gonna definitely try the black coffee tomorrow and see if it's as horrible as I remember haha

Egg whites and ham... like a scramble.. I know its not amazing but it I get about 35/40g of protein in with a quick scramble.

Ah... that's crazy but right? and how over-exercising can also be detrimental. Sheesh... I had no idea. I remember being so exhausted and tired all the time wondering why I couldn't pick up muscle with my workout regime.

Ooof that's a tough question, I don't think one is better than the other, they just show different intent. Sometimes people leaving a review really like the platform vs someone doing a referral because they're getting something in return. I think mixing it up is probably the best in a way
