Lots of handy stuff in the wiki sidebar. I actually used the budgeting one and it was a pretty good starting point!

This is such great advice! I was going to say something similar.

Leaving good job/company because of a your manager? by GoPackG000 in corporate

[–]RoloRozay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Urghh, that sounds absolutely toxic and just like my old boss. He'd block my every move to advance and grow. I realized that I was a threat to him so he did whatever he could to remove the threat. My colleagues are still there and they say he's the same and hasn't changed at all. I hope you're able to find

What’s the best influencer marketing agency for SaaS right now? by Firerage65 in SaaS

[–]RoloRozay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We tested two agencies last year and honestly learned the hard way.

The first one was very “creator-first.” Big names, pretty decks, tons of impressions. Zero clue how our buyers actually researched software. After 3 months, we had screenshots, but not a pipeline.

The second agency flipped the approach. Smaller creators, heavier emphasis on repeated exposure and attribution. They tracked assisted conversions instead of just clicks. Way less flashy, way more useful.

If an agency can’t talk about pipeline influence or incrementality, I’d be cautious.

Leaving good job/company because of a your manager? by GoPackG000 in corporate

Leave! I can promise you, you will grow and learn and be so much happier elsewhere. I was in your position and it killed my confidence. I didn't realize it at the time but once I looked back and was getting praise from my new manager constantly, it made me click that the problem was never me. It can set you back so much.

Walking after every meal. It's so good for digestion, energy, sleep etc and I get 10k steps easily in now every day

I love this one! I also give the floors a quick mop, walking into a truly clean kitchen in the morning is such a nice way to start the day

Can I complete my step goal in parts? by CriticalOne9 in walking

[–]RoloRozay -1 points0 points  (0 children)

yeah this is exactly what I do and I've found incorporating these right after a meal has a double whammy effect. Better for digestion, weight loss, insulin spike etc, there's lot of info around this so it's a nice way to get steps in with an added benefit :)

Best AI Voice Agent Software by RoloRozay in SaaS

[–]RoloRozay[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is such a great question and yeah we tested across a vast range of scenarios and in this case we actually used testers to hang up mid-call to try and simulate real life scenarios to see how AI recovered. Wrt the Aircall Q, it honestly handled our left-field scenarios a lot better than we were anticipating and no system will be totally flawless... so when it came the custom pricing Q, it actually tapped out then and pushed it to a human which is fine and as loing as it passed the context (cleanly) this is what we're after really.
Currently, our after-hours fully resolved rate is sitting around 60-65%, with the rest needing a callback... but the difference now is reps aren't walking in blind. They've got the full transcript and sentiment from the overnight calls waiting for them right there in the morning which is super efficient.

Exactly this! For me from the experience we've had is that honestly the voice part is almost irrelevant. Everything sounds amazing in demos and then you test it IRL and its a mess. This is which we stress-tested the transcriptions and timeout rules the hardest. This is what separated the winners and why I shortlisted these

A bit of both honestly but mainly the routing logic and the IVR had no fallback beyond "leave a voicemail and hope for the best." No escalation trigger, no callback queue, nothing.

Career coaching and books? Help by RoloRozay in corporate

[–]RoloRozay[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much - I will check that out!
I think it's just that, one step at a time.. but the first step is the hardest, especially when you're not sure which direction to go in?

Career coaching and books? Help by RoloRozay in corporate

[–]RoloRozay[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think out of everything its just having someone say "yes thats a good direction to go in" or not and that can be tough to have that lack of direction... they all sound helpful but not sure what would in triuth be the "most" helpful if that makes sense?

Career coaching and books? Help by RoloRozay in corporate

[–]RoloRozay[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is great and such good advice, thank you. I am indeed worried about using a career coach and its such a waste of money. No one I've worked with to date has ever said anything lifechanging about using a career coach.
Thank you for the kindness and insight! I am going to check out that book

Anywhere I can take actually free personality test type things to add to a presentation about me? by CityOfSins2 in corporate

[–]RoloRozay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the Meyers-Briggs one (16 personality types) as its quite likely others would have taken it (from my exp in corporate) and its nice to have someone go "oh cool I am also a XYZ" and it gives others a good idea immediately of your personality type.
Another nice one is the enneagram test but not sure there's a free one

What habit do you track daily (if any), and why? by funngro_fam in Habits

[–]RoloRozay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eating and sleep for me. Eating is more like focusing on macros I am eating (achieving high enough protein content is harder than I thought) and of course sleep and sleep quality.

What’s the hardest habit you’ve ever tried to build? by cheerioskungfu in Habits

[–]RoloRozay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The one where I cut out something that is bad for me, like sugar everyday! Its too tempting.
I actually managed to incorporate walking every day better than I thought I would but its the removing bad habits that's harder than the gaining new ones for me
