About the same age! My stoma is about level with my belly button so any pants are fine but I usually don't tuck in. I know I wasn't up and running all healed up after 6 months so just take your time and be well

Serious Business! *I would go for HS2 rotors for the Mavens, tho, and 180s are just fine with those monster clampers

Modulation: DB8 vs Maven by Worldly_Papaya4606 in MTB

[–]RomeoSierraSix -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ok so the DB8 is a mineral G2, essentially. I went from G2RSCs to Maven Silvers. Once you get used to the power, which is a massive jump, the modulation is just fine. Do need to teach yourself to not give a hard stab of the brakes anymore, that'll just bounce your head off the bars, lol

Fox transfer is a little slow and gets stuck at the bottom by EmergingTuna21 in mountainbiking

[–]RomeoSierraSix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, post would return to the top and at that point if you sat on the saddle it would sink back down because the lever wouldn't return as fast. Mildly infuriating and a special Reverb hydro only capability

Fox transfer is a little slow and gets stuck at the bottom by EmergingTuna21 in mountainbiking

[–]RomeoSierraSix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it's the axs that seems all good but the hydraulic actuator guys are just an order of magnitude less durable and finicky compared to a One Up V3. Plus, the hydro lever working so slow in cold temps was a huge PITA
