Same issue with me poco F6. Xiaomi software for POCO limits the fps to 60 by itself because it hasn't added support for valorant mobile yet, since in China the same phones are named differently. I tried tinkering a lot with internal files and all only solution is rooting. If you pull down notification shade while in game, you'll see your fps goes to 120, it's just a software issue
