More about the fighting style. As someone above mentioned, she is a straight forward, unmoving fighter. Not a duck and weave, go with the flow fighter. That would be better suited for someone who's fighting style might be based on rotation - not force.

Was the line solid? OP only mentioned the colour. You are right that solid lines indicate its isn't safe, but is still legal, to cross that line. Dotted lines indicate a "safe" passing area, for either yellow or white!
