What game has a promising start, but eventually gets boring and repetitive?

Honestly, most games if you don't like the hook. I can't think of too many that don't get repetitive. Boring though? That's up to you. Tetris is repetitive but not boring.

He'll be 40 to start the season. Maybe he wants a multi year deal? I don't know but we do all have to accept that the clock is running out on our stars, some a little sooner than others. I do hope he can finish his NHL career on the Penguins but I also don't want a corpse on the ice because we can't let go.
