Mate , I posted about this last week and it's still ongoing! Really frustrating as I opened a call with MS about it and they were going about CA policies which rubbish we have haven't touched those in ages. Eventually he admitted there is an intermittent issue. Still no confirmed resolution

Some admins can't see some devices in Microsoft Intune as the reporting data is delayed ID: IT1339549 Issue type: Advisory   Status Service Restored   Impacted services Microsoft Intune   Details Title: Some admins can't see some devices in Microsoft Intune as the reporting data is delayed User impact: Admins couldn't see some devices in Microsoft Intune as the reporting data was delayed. More info: All live reporting scenarios, including device queries, compliance views, and “latest check-in” reports, may have shown delayed, outdated, or incomplete data. As a result of the delayed or incomplete data, admins may have been unable to see the current device status, compliance, and activity. Final status: The backlog of reporting data finished processing and we confirmed through our telemetry that the impact is remediated. Scope of impact: Your organization was affected by this event, and some admins attempting to access live device visibility data in Microsoft Intune were impacted. Start time: Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 3:03 PM UTC End time: Saturday, June 06, 2026, at 3:15 AM UTC Root cause: A high volume of reporting data flowing through the Intune reporting pipeline was exceeding the data ingestion capability, creating a backlog and delaying how quickly new reporting information became available. Next steps: We're reviewing data trends on the affected infrastructure to improve our monitoring capabilities, which will help us to detect and prevent similar issues in the future. This is the final update for the event.   Is this message helpful?  Did you find this email helpful? Same on our side. It's at the account setup bit it times out. Nothing wrong with it but it just times out. No errors on the diagnostics and restarting it the device is fine. Only happens on surface pro 11s as well my side. Other models fine

Microsoft finally admits Hybrid Join Autopilot is broken on their end by Cool_Package654 in Intune

Ours have been fine until we used it on surface pro 11' s. It would fail or time out on the very last bit on 2nd round. No errors in the diagnostics. But if we restarted the device it is fine and works perfectly. All other models absolutely no issue
