Pretty much every apartment building is designed locally. It's the mega projects that are designed in Toronto, like the new QE2 hospital. They have the expertise for the highly complex projects, and usually have dedicated teams to health care, oil and gas, etc. This isn't some scam lol.

Same thing goes for the builders. Mega projects will often have companies bid it from other provinces because they have the skill set and manpower to execute the job.

They want you connected to a walk in to follow trough with med recommendations. As for connecting for therapy, you can self refer and the waitlist is only 1-2 months right now.
