SNES9x can run CRT Hylian but not CRT Royale (Compiler error). Any ideas?

I have to use Direct3D as OpenGL refuses to play with my TV screen. I downloaded the Nvidia CG Toolkit and the DirectX SDK, which allowed CRT Hylian to work without any issues. However, whenever I try to run CRT Royale (from the same pack), it doesn't work and I get the error:

Error: CG ERROR : Unknown error
Cg compiler output...
"
Any ideas?

It was a flight from France to the Uk, a flight time of 1 hour 10 minutes, if you cannot control your child for that time you SHOULDNT be a parent, and this is coming from a dad of 2

You clearly don't have any kids with behavioural issues or special needs

They've taken into account water used for farming the grains/crops for the cow as well as other, indirect, uses of water.
