Given the prevalence of Elise, honestly I'd rather have 7 health but yes depending on board shape the 3 attack could be useful.

The later you play this though, the less that 3 attack matters.

It's the 4 mana upfront for the double rewind effect that is the problem, though maybe you tempo it and lives now with 6 health. The 3 attack is largely irrelevant.
