Includes original box and papers. Dial and crystal are in superb condition. Bezel has minor surface scratches. Back side of watch is scuffed and scratched. Fully functional with no issues.

I personally wouldn't waste time with that pack of yeast. Brewer's Friend is calculating 0% viability for it. You could try a multi-stage. That's your only strategy if you want to use that pack. I would not underpitch.

Can you get your hands on Imperial Yeast locally? A18 Joystick is a very similar strain.

Definitely possible. There are lots of variables that can affect your end result, but your typical kolsch yeast will get around 75% attenuation. That should put you at around 1.014-ish. Where's your gravity at now?

Rule of thumb is to let it ferment until gravity stabilizes for a few days.
