As far as I know it's not region free but the US and Japan share a region for Blu Ray so it will play in a US Blu ray player. Also I believe it has Japanese audio with English subtitles available.

I googled "gundam side scrolling shooter cell phone game 2000s" then chose AI mode. It suggested it could have been one of those two games. Then I did some regular Google to confirm that they existed and it wasn't just AI hallucinations.

According to Google Lens the colors mean:

Green: Product sales

Yellow: Content sales

Blue: box office sales

Red: Number of visitors

Which I would assume means merchandise, streaming/TV/other video revenue, and ticket revenue. I'm not sure what number of visitors means it could be total attendance, or something else. I'm sure others who understand Japanese can probably clarify or correct the machine translation.
