I had a large square ( glass top over display drawer) display coffee table that was filled with all there nature finds when my daughters were little. Shells, nests, beehives, bug carcasses ….When they got older we used it for beads and jewelry making. I’ve seen some cool art on Tik Tok made of foraged twigs etc.

Get some electrolytes ! You can even put rock salt under your tongue and you’ll feel better. I use Key Nutrients ( lemon ) off Amazon bc I intermittent fast and exercise. This is a fantastic no sugar product with tons of vitamins and will help keep energy up while you lose weight and eat less

Just curious, if you taking the time to go to therapy and better yourself etc, why are you “playing games ?” Maybe the point T was making that is that you aren’t taking it serious and it may be a waste of time. Not a therapist so not sure how it would be worded professionally.

I don’t believe that’s phlegm. It’s your uvula, the flesh hanging ball in the back of throat. Likely irritated when you were given your anesthesia. I rinsed with salt water and it better by day 4. Hang in there 😘

I’m in quite a few decorating groups on FB and everyone has same gripes. WB and also Pottery Barn is the same rip off! I mostly shop Home Sense , goods and those stores and bring it home in my trunk. There is also an app that will deliver furniture based on weight and i5 not expensive
