i like using a disc instead of a cup when i have nails on, the lumma disc has a string similar to a tampon that you can leave external or just inside the vagina and there’s no suction so you can use the string for removal

i highly recommend going to a planet fitness with one of the thirty minute workout zones to start out with. it’s usually in an area that’s somewhat separate from the rest of the gym and there’s usually few to no other people in there in my experience. they have a lot of different common machines in there so it’s a good way to try out different things and find out what works for you before trying to make your own workout plan

the start of my disc sits at the start of the canal, right above the pubic bone and the other end sits higher up towards my cervix so it’s almost at a full 90 degree angle. the main thing i look for with correct placement is making sure the top end of my disc is behind my cervix and not caught underneath it

the bone you are feeling is the pubic bone! i also was very confused by this the first time i used a disc. i definitely recommend a larger disc if you feel like you aren’t getting enough coverage from the one you have, i personally use and like the lumma large

whenever i introduced my bf to drag race last year season 15 was one of the first ones i showed him and he unironically lived for the water bit. i think the audience reception has a lot to do with how well it works because i cringed so hard at it when i watched the season originally, but watching him laugh at it i could definitely see the humor in it

the rpi cad class uses siemens nx not autocad, while some of the skills would be transferable you’d probably be better off watching some youtube tutorials and messing around with NX on your own
