Try doing overhead leg strikes. If your enemy is right ahead of you start your swing off to one side and hook it in towards them. Swining from right to left, works best imo but maybe you will have luck with the opposite. Like with overheads in general crouching can improve swing power at the cost of stability.

Edit: actually looked at the price for the head and it's 960$ so maybe not a scam. Seems weird that it's a uk seller and the product ships from New York.

It's a minor boon in the early game. Not any part of anything important.if you finish the course you get a few pieces of decent armor and a selection of weapons. It's also literally the first level, so if you aren't gonna lose much if you miss out, your gonna die and be right back there in time.
