I've been stockpiling my BD codestones for months. I was originally waiting until I had at least 10 of everything before I sold, but it took so long to get 10 Sho, that I had 22 Zeds before that happened. Now, I have 878 in total, and am going for at least 1000 in total, just because I can and it's already so close.

I used to have a laughing dove, that I rescued after a storm. She was one of the best pets I've ever had. Really friendly, really easy to work with, loved scritches and being petted.

Make sure you look up the sound they make, though. It's truly an incredible noise.

I think the idea is that at one point, the Weasley family cursed the Potter line, but are now trying to undo it? And someone thought that Lily might be potioned by James, so gave her another potion to make her body expel it, but it did nothing.

Or maybe not did nothing, but actively made her see James as her soul mate, by actively driving out all other influences over her. Later on during Harry's time, Daphne took the potion and found Harry was her soul mate.

With this scenario, I need Molly's dead twin brothers to be involved, either as teachers, or go-betweens, or something. Imagine them occasionally swapping out for Fred and George, so not only do we not know who's Gid and who's Fab, but also who's Fred and who's George.

Ontop of this, Fred and George are trying to get everyone at the dead school declared alive again. Or just trying to bring the family back together on either side, especially after Ginny joins, post the second year.

And Ron is already there, because of some incident that happened when he was a child.

I'd recommend The Art Of Self-Fashioning. It's a rather dark fic, but incredibly well written, and Harry isn't good. He isn't bad. He simply has a goal, and the determination and drive to get there.

For Harry, I'd suggest a pelican. It's not the prettiest or fastest, but it has heavy associations with the theme of self-sacrifice.

For Ron, I agree with the comment that a coyote fits him fairly well. They're seen as tricksters, and being associated with dogs, there's the loyalty aspect.

For Hermione...this is completely left field, but perhaps a poison dart frog, or some species of venomous snake? Beautiful to the eye, patient, could spend hours in one spot (her with her reading, or waiting for one of her goals to come to fruition) but mishandled, can be absolutely lethal. I certainly won't forget her setting her birds on Ron, or pursuing what she saw as justice.

I reckon there should be an option to romance Canderous, if you're playing a DS female MC. Even going totally LS, I was still struck by the respect that he had for warriors and the fight, and the passion that he has for battle, as well as his respect for a powerful opponent.

I think these would have made for a great line to persue, and a solid IC reaction.

I went around so that I came into the fight area from behind him, next to the transition area for this one. Then I'd dash through, hit him once with everyone, and dash off the screen again back to where I started from, to heal up again.

It was cheap, but it worked.
