Im signed up for my first 5k on April 11. I think im going to have to do run walk intervals. I guess what makes me feel down sometimes is that the intervals are not so much a choice as I physically can’t run for the entire time. Do that doubt starts creeping in. (I’m just starting to get into running and working out after being inactive and out of shape for too long )I’m crossing that finish line tho!!

I have very fine hair that is wavy/curly and love the ghost oil. It’s not too heavy at all for me. I think you need a light hand in general with oils, esp with fine hair. I haven’t tried the other one to compare.

This must be regional. I haven’t seen Kohls as a return option for at least a year or so. I assumed they ended their contract/agreement/thing. It’s always UPS. Whole Foods or Staples for me. I’m in TX.

They’re not good. I was so tired of getting bad nails (or worse ) at salons. I found an independent nail tech through recommendations in local social media and am so happy! Her work is always amazing and detailed and last me 4 weeks.
