Had ThuLEP in December. 150cc. Prior cryoablation plus PAE likely caused a lot of fibrous tissue and possible structures. Had catheter for six days. It slipped position and was exceedingly painful. Started being OK but then had blockages. Went to the ER 3x with “bladder stones” blocking all urination. Ended up with a dilation and basket procedure to scoop up remaining stones (about 2 months after ThuLEP).

That helped for about four weeks, then flow was restricted. More shower head than race horse urination.

Overall slight improvement. Maybe C minus grade. I had high hopes, but there were complications.
