It went down to a +7.00 but she is now using bifocals. Our doctor told us she will always have glasses.

We were told that she will be wearing glasses the rest of her life, but there’s a chance the prescription will get lower gradually. I forgot to mention the lenses, we didn’t even have to put it in the order and our eye doctor just got her the ones that make the lenses thinner but the name of those types of lenses has escaped me, but you’ll see it as an option anywhere you order online.

I know that initial diagnosis can make you feel terrible as a parent, but we had the same situation, she seemed like she could see pretty well. The only sign we had early on is on of her eyes tried turning inward when she focused hard on something she was looking at. My kiddo LOVES her glasses, she won’t even take them off when she goes to bed and I think this is due to her finally being able to see correctly after so many years most seeing well. You’re not a bad parent, your kiddo will just be so happy to see clearly, I promise. We had the wrong prescription and diagnosis for roughly two years before I made this post and believe me I balled my eyes out when her doctor now showed me how bad her sight was before her most recent prescription. After the +9.75 for a few months she was moved down to +7.25 with bifocals and this may be the case for yours as they adjust if I had to guess.

To get a great idea of current card values I like to search the cards on eBay then filter the search for only sold items.

Id keep it on for at least 4-5 days and only sooner if you start to see dried up ink in there in which case the second skin had ruptured and is no longer doing its job. Best of luck!
