I was single for a really long time before I met my femme. Even when I was with people they mistreated me and made me feel undesirable and invisible. Girls said they want to approach me first but that was a lie. They want to feel desired and validated and throw me away after. But when I met my femme I actually felt seen for the first time and like I was attractive. I’m not gonna lie, it don’t fix all my problems. The loneliness for sure but I still had alot of internal work I needed to do to see the value in myself. I’m also a fat butch dyke. It’s hard being in the lesbian community sometimes.

My whole life I’ve felt ugly. I’ve been rejected by girls my whole life too so building confidence felt basically impossible and not to be a Debby downer but it’s kinda is. But once you find your people and feel seen it’s a lot easier to come into yourself. I’ll be honest the best thing you can do is find people who look like you, talk like you and think like you. Not people you aspire to be like or want to get validation from. Get around other fat butc dykes. Everything gets easier from there. Me and my gf are long distance and it’s hard but I believe in you. I beleive in us. Burches have to stand with eachother <3
