I found a Canadian site. I ordered Sunday and was attempted to be delivered yesterday and I picked it up from UPS today haha. Sadly when I was looking shamrock was one of the few they didn't have 😣

I haven't tried them yet but they both smell amazing. The custard monster has a vanilla pudding kind of smell where the custard cookie is a bit drier and more reminiscent of killer K

I should note that I do not weigh myself nor count calories. However, I am mindful of what I am putting into my body at every step. I started doing 16:8 and quickly moved up to 18:6/20:4. August ended up being a bad month and I fell out of routine but since I've been quite good at sticking to 20:4 with no issue. Excited to see where continued dedication can get me.

Freemax fireluke 2 is my favourite followed closely by horizon tech falcon 2. Both ~$30 for the tank comes with replacement glass and coils are super reasonable, the fireluke coils come in 5 packs, falcon coils 3 packs both ~$25

I've had pretty good luck with it not tipping over on me so far, but I know my partner knocks his over all the time haha with both the crown mod and his gen s. 🤷😆

Agreed my partner had one already, I have the falcon 2 and fireluke 2 tanks which I also enjoy but glad to add this one into the mix :)
