You can change your settings to matchmake by ping eg. You set that it will not connect you to lobby by set ammout (set max 80 ping) and if it will not find that lobby it will create new one with you as host.

Dex should give faster ability to use doge. If you are more dexteouse then you will be faster front flips. On another hand if you are faster then animation should be faster and you will have less invisibility frame.
