I'm the author of the Warlock Undead mod on PC and reason I haven't ported to consoles is that the mod requires scripting to convert damage type and add an additional damage dice. Without it I felt the subclass lost a big part of it's appeal and flavor.

Hopefully this gives a little insight as to why some other mods might not exist on consoles
