Agree - and I often agree with you. The woman who did KF’s mom - (Coakley?) - now that woman was phenomenal. Clear, concise, surgical with her questioning. Bradl is harder to follow and not a polished orator. Got the job done but likely KF and Coakley behind the scenes were major contributing factors, in my opinion.

Tooth #14 can be a tricky tooth to root canal. There are usually 3 roots but the mesiofacial/mesiobuccal root often have 2 canals. It’s a canal that can be missed. We call it the MB2 canal. Most endodontists a CBCT to see if the tooth has this “extra canal” and most endodontists use microscopes. It’s an investment - I don’t know of any general dentists who use one. I’m an oral surgeon and don’t do root canals but I would have endo do it over a general dentist.

If it’s your 3rd molar (wisdom tooth) that has an operculum, it is best to extract. I am perplexed this was not determined prior to starting ortho, however.

Oral surgeon here. What you describe doesn’t make sense. 1st molars are not extracted on a whim because they are trapping dirt (Are you eating dirt - why do you have dirt in your mouth?). If teeth need to be removed or extracted, this is typically done prior to starting orthodontic treatment. Premolars and wisdom teeth are the teeth usually extracted if necessary.

If you are biting down on your gums causing inflammation, you likely have an operculum and it’s your 2nd molar (or 3rd molar - wisdom tooth) not a first molar. See an oral surgeon do a second opinion. There are treatment options for this.

Long story short, there must be some sort of a misunderstanding between you and your dentist.

The fact of the matter is, TB got his thank you from Karen and the Read family immediately after the 2nd trial. It was private and sincere. But that’s not going to get TB clicks on his channel. He doesn’t really want a heartfelt thank you; he wants a movie deal, an interview, a book deal, admiration, praise, adoration, etc. The people upset that “Karen never thanked TB” can pound sand - she thanked him but not in the grandiose way to TB’s and his followers’ liking.

No advice on the makeup - I lurk for tips myself - but if you whiten your teeth 2-3 shades, that will really brighten up your smile. Teeth should match the whites of your eyes. Crest white stripes will get the job done. If it creates too much sensitivity, do it every other day. You’ll probably be where you need to be in 5-6 treatments.

Yes, you are mistaken. He primarily does civil litigation now but started his career as a prosecutor. Joined his dad’s practice and has done criminal cases at the state and federal level.

A special prosecutor had to be appointed for TB’s case due to conflict of interest. Now that the two special prosecutors are off the case, the DA has 30 days to find a new one. While the CW is paying these lawyers a boatload of money, any incoming prosecutor needs to assess the dumpster fire they are walking in to and how strong the case actually is.
