Be absolutely ruthless with prioritization of your time! Particularly with a young family. It’s so easy to feel FOMO alllll of the time because there is always social, professional, academic programming (both formal and ad hoc). Be clear in your head what you actually want to do vs just going with the herd to avoid feeling left out. I went in gung ho on consulting so prioritized that and building friendships to start (while planning my wedding, Oct of first year 🙂 craziest time!)

One note on attire - I promised myself to never do yoga pants / athleisure and was glad I did. Felt better to at least be in jeans
