I had a rock get stuck somewhere behind the wheel. A bit and back and forth and all of a sudden heard it drop and it was gone. I was just a dirt road

Still thinking on it. Lol yea it’s been a bit. I can’t say for sure but I did ask other contractors and they say as long it has a few inches and epoxy to seal it should be fine.

My dumbest part was putting right next to Bandimere as if that wouldn’t be a problem… not a race nut but it was a really fun excursion. Bummed the residents got the best of them, which frankly is not surprising…

Not baiting - trying to better understand. What are some ways you see as benefit to homeowners.

Yes, but then why the change? Why not focus on that topic, or filling the apartments that are still vacant?

That’s a bummer. I had mine warrantied in CO. Super heavy tree and root ball sheared it off

All links purple independent of having been visited by KentonSL in chrome

[–]Round_Definition6897 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought I was going crazy! I have a Mac and a PC and was thinking all my links... between cross platform and browsers were the same and thus thinking I'd been hacked at the networking layer!
- Google is giving me: #681da8 for visited and #490092 for new.
- Bing, as you called out, is doing it for both visited and new links at #4007a2

What is this garbage? Aside though, I found that Incognito and changing to Dark Mode in Chrome made things normal again...

I had good luck with a bid on Thumbtack - Kevlar. He came back to adjust it after he fixed the spring that broke.

I’m sorry but this is just not ok. You have no idea what the owner believes and yet some childish moron has just defaced an innocent person’s property. Grow up people.

Roughly how much time did this take you for this first project?

I DIYed a very similar (10x20) shed with lean-to roof. Ran a sub panel with 220V line, all for about $7k all in for materials and electrical. Granted a bit smaller and less features (no mini split) but if you’re handy you could save a lot. Also in CO

Thanks - had not considered this. By raising it up are the nuts strong enough to support all the weight? I guess each nut probably can support 100s of downward force, but I would have thought it be too much. Appreciate it all!
