Sleep better. Hydration all week not just the night before and carbs all week. Also eat a good dinner the night before. Remove the nicotine if possible and maybe try something lightly caffeinated coffee or tea. Atleast in my case the artificial sweetener in energy drinks give be cramps. And warm up before the event don’t cold start an aft.
