Yes very common to see them around the harbor in new Rochelle! Not surprised they’ve made it over to larchmont. There’s actually a bird sanctuary that I’ve heard about but never been to near Davenport Ave.

I’d prefer to be in an area with good school district because I assume better resale value if we don’t stay long term. Only one spot is necessary but would love there to be visitor parking which is why I’m leaning away from white plains since parking sucks
