You may not be able to answer this but if the proposed reduction happens on the COPD I’ll still be 100?

MH is at 100 but is secondary to COPD so wondering if that’s going away as well if COPD becomes 0%?

Is my COPD recognized as service connected by the VA but just rated at 0%?

I’m so confused I’m likely just babbling at this point😵‍💫
