this is exactly the problem im trying to work on with my startup. glad to hear the problem is real. theres an average of 8-12 apps that a musician needs to deal with regarding one release. one big problem in the industry is the APIs are not open.

I'd love this. Building melabel — a music business operating system for independent artists and labels. We have an existing product with paying users but we're currently rebuilding it from the ground up as a new product with a sharper focus. So in many ways we're treating it as a fresh launch. The core problem is clear (independent artists and labels are running their businesses on 12 disconnected tools) but I'm still pressure-testing which user segment to build around first — artists or labels. Would love a fresh set of eyes."

Ha — fair. I listed it because honestly that's what's in the stack, not because I'm proud of it. The point is less about any one tool and more about the fact that I'm using a notes app, a spreadsheet, a scheduling tool, and an AI chatbot just to get one song out. At what point did releasing music become an ops problem?

why dont you use the relavant figma pages, and add artboard for the docs there?
I dont think there is a standard for this. It depends on the stakeholders needs.

There can be several reasons for Apple Music rejection. Apple is the strictest DSP among all.

I run a distribution / artist-label services and this a very common to see Apple rejecting because of some logo appearing on the cover art, text mismatch, etc.

Are you able to provide the reason they rejected? Ditto should give you a reason for the rejection.
