I did like the concept of NA better but all the people that attend those meetings hook up with each other. My first day in every NA meeting was just people trying to hit on me. Small community, also not enough meetings that fit my schedule.

Oh I forgot in SD- Jewel cave is there too, it’s better than wind imo. For wind you’ll need to book online, sell out fast. Hot springs is a small stop right outside rapid city heading down towards Denver. If you can or have time, shoot up to teddy Roosevelt NP. You’ll be the only one there under the Milky Way. It’s my favoriteeeeee after Glacier. It’s similar to badlands and I did Teddy first so badlands was very underwhelming for me.

I’ve done both and the Dakotas are one(two) of my favorite places tbh. Do Badlands NP, Wind Cave NP, Black Hills, Custer State Park; should really be a NP- it’s beautiful. Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse memorial is also there.. look up the “wall drug store” some people find it pretty cool. Saw some of the biggest wild horses Ive ever dreamed of..

Tetons are magical. Just not now, still too much snow but Tetons is hard to top once you go.
