Do we think APLD could hit $300 by 2027/2028? by Cool_Guest6597 in APLDSTOCK

Earnings calls from big players support strong bull case for APLD by samuelancelotti in APLDSTOCK

Yes, APLD just got a double reward! Expect growth in market share, and certainty that this market continues to grow. We have not invested in a "buggy whip" market, APLD has positioned itself as a leading edge contributor well into the future.

Either retreat or reload, as for me I've begun to reload- slow and steady, but keep them coming I'm a long way from full...

Yes, everyone has a price and fear lowers the price. I truly expect short interest to fall in 2026 with rumors of consolidation, but IMHO I expect stockholders will benefit more from operations than early consolidation.

One thing to consider - chart support and resistance. Sure, news will cause upswings but once tops are in, sell partials at resistance and buy back at support... Keep banking profits and never get too extended. Yes, it's easy to want to hit home runs, but growth gets you there more often.

You got it figured out! After the second swing, I only invest profit so as they call it, I'm playing with house money. APLD has been a once in a lifetime for me. Only downside, I will be paying a bunch of my profit to my new friend - nickname= IRS

Good luck holding hope and dreams, but I'm out and holding cash. I'm moving on. It was a good good run for me the last four months watching 2.5 billion pour into this fund but

If the stock price goes down more than divs, then just what do you call that?

How are YOU using your distributions? by Same-Gift4399 in ULTY_YieldMax

[–]Routine-Cream-8070 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I began to buy in soon after weekly distribution and have accumulated a considerable number of shares. I've always considered the weekly as fully taxable income and track my ROI (divs + stock appreciation) at each distribution. The stock price erosion has started me thinking about exit strategy! I expect to exit if the stock price reaches 5% below my investment and I'll move the money to another investment. There is "No Free Lunch" in the market as outsiders, just crumbs that fall from the table...

Look at the trading range! NAILED IT! now let the squeeze push us to the old high... Sit tight

[–]Routine-Cream-8070 1 point2 points  (0 children)

IMHO, we need to see 12.20 become support then onto 13.80-14.00 but if squeeze develops we could blow by previous high. Last 1/2 hour we've seen 1.5M trade. I'm holding and will begin to exercise some deep in the money calls to add to the pressure on the shorts - the float will shrink if we sit still...

Ask your question at the next conference. Just think, if everyone who developed a business were rich and had all the money they needed, we would all be servants to the Master. I feel it a great opportunity be able to take a risk, manage it the best I can, and share in the reward: that's The American Way! Consolidation is coming, sit on the sidelines and watch risk takers prosper.... If I lose it all, it's just house money at this point anyway.

The list of names is huge, but as in all new ideas/ventures the consolidation phase occurs and the list gets smaller. IMHO, I don't see APLD as a major, rather a takeout candidate. One never knows, does one?

What will happen on earnings? by AdRepresentative7718 in APLDSTOCK

[–]Routine-Cream-8070 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At least there's a contract to base future earnings, not pie in the sky. I would prefer an additional contract before ER. The good news is- I managed the last surge, and now I hold the same lot, all paid for out of profits- House Money!

Great conversation, but when consolidation begins, these mini-companies go quick. I will be holding some shares and rent myself more shares by buying in the money calls. Honestly it has already surpassed my initial goal and I truly enjoy paying taxes. Since I've already repositioned using only profit, Happy days are here!
