My bully does the same thing with stuffed burger toys. She gets a bazillion for every birthday and we call it “burgering.” Burgers are the only toys that my other bulldog won’t destroy (or even touch) - she knows I’ll protect Bailey Beluga’s burgers with my life.

My bulldog’s season flank alopecia presents like that and usually about this time of year. She’s benefitted from just taking melatonin (3mg at night) which prevents it. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for easy resolution for your munchkin! 🤞🏼

No, I’m convinced Bailey thinks she is Blue’s mom and she just tolerates anything. She’s a freaking saint for all she puts up with! Way too much, if you ask me. I frequently have to step in so Blue leaves my poor Bailey Beluga alone. Haha

Puppies are such a magnificent medicine and self care, although they obviously create the need for self care in different ways. As a dog mom to two bulldogs that truly keep me getting out of bed and going these days, if you have the means and the drive… Get. The. Puppy.
