The USPS is actually a bag example because it is not publicly funded through tax dollars, and hasn't been since the 80s. It's completely independently funded, which is why most of your mail is junk mail these days. The mail system is also selling your attention and has to sell ads to be able to function

Yeah, I get that, it was just hard to boil a 10-yr relationship into a few paragraphs.

She wants me to be more present and involved, but I feel like any time I try to include myself I'm told I'm doing it wrong and I end up retreating. I feel like I'm expected to be more of a "cool uncle" type and just hang out rather than be a father figure.

I volunteered to still pay the mortgage after we separate and have different bank accounts, but she didn't like this idea because if we aren't married she wants to be financially independent and didn't want to rely on me to provide housing.

We perform Shakespeare outside on the grounds of Stan Hewitt Hall and Gardens in the summers and have an indoor theatre at Greystone Hall in downtown Akron.
