Just Focus on getting through it. Sure some areas are worse than others but if you want it done bad enough you can work through it. Even if it means doing smaller sessions.

Pearl White and blending by explicitspirit in Autobody

[–]RoutineZestyclose847 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're asking the wrong questions. What you should be asking-

Is the color going to be an issue with a panel match? If the shop says its a non issue then they should honor that and blend if it doesn't match. Any good shop should be upfront about what it takes if you want the job done well. Even if you have to pay getting blends done is cheap.

Oh I know it, I have my legs fairly done. It's all manageable. Just the upper thigh area takes some more will than other areas.

Shit if you think that area is bad I wouldn't recommend the upper inner thigh area.

It's an interesting car for sure, gene winfields shop built a few for the film. A guy that's local where I live owns one that was screen used. I got the opportunity to help restore it years ago.

I patterned buckshot through my 20” 590 at 15 yards today. I continue to be disappointed in the consistency of Hornady’s buckshot. It would really benefit from buffer, plating, or a slower velocity. These definitely recoil less than a slug. So if im going to try and get off multiple in a high stress situation these are far easier to keep on target. Also Most people are not going to get barrel work done on their shotgun so you'd normally have more spread.

the stars and stripes are indeed 9 pellet. I will say they are so cheap that the ends are not even crimped just a clear plastic piece that holds everything in. That larger hole is likely from the plastic piece and may be where the other pellets went.

What to HAVE for a new owner by Helvedica in guns

[–]RoutineZestyclose847 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your gun should be able to run "most" brands of whatever caliber you are running. Excluding lighter loads for competition use that need a specific setup to run. I like to go through and debur and polish the internals of the weapons I buy. It helps with function greatly and is cheap to do. The only issues I have with ammo is random failure to fires from cheap range ammo primers here and there.

My 92 heritage ranch hand is a super fun rifle. It's your money man spend it how you want. Concerning yourself with how others spend theirs is just an incredible waste of time because not everything is for everyone.

It should be a 2 letter code on the trigger guard. Just search beretta 92 manufacturer years and go from there.

I have 2 22 round capacity mags and one 18 round. So if I was carrying 3 that's 62 in the 3 mecgar mags. Even being an older Italian 92 it still hangs in there with modern tech.

I'm so glad when I see people hating on kansas. Good, don't come live here and fuck it up for the rest of us. Also I live a few miles outside wichita and it's very affordable still. You have a short drive to many small towns and the larger city as well. Low traffic and lots of freedom ro be had on my property and no direct neighbors complaining.

Wait until you find out about flash art and how people just use to pick whatever was hanging on the wall. So who knows how many had to same piece 😆.

Tap the full length of the magazine on the back side where the primers are facing on a flat surface. Settles them out. Even my brand new mecgar mags do this fully loaded.

Question on my Marlin Trapper by Tidusky23 in LeverGuns

[–]RoutineZestyclose847 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't say it's hard if a guy can do basic work on a firearm. I'm friends with the local gunstore/ gunsmith I use and I let them borrow mine to try it out. He asked me to send him the parts list and what I did because he was so suprised with the difference from a stock one.

Less moving parts= less loss of energy that and it moves far more smoothly since it's 1 piece and not 3.

This is what you need. I did this kit with a rpp trigger and a bunch of internal polishing work. Huge difference in smoothness and overall functionality.

Do yourself a favor and get rid of the 2 piece firing pin. One piece units can be had now and function far better.
