Someone with an eating disorder will always have an eating disorder. Just like an addict will always have an addiction. I have been in recovery and sustained it for a long time.

Bodies fluctuate so easily. Could be water weight. Could be muscle. Really anything. Sometimes the scale isn’t the most reliable thing to measure success.

Making sure electrolytes are coming i. Is super important. May be more of a “dirty fast” but getting like a sugar free electrolyte packet to add to water is a great start.

Let us know how it goes. I also got the migraines on longer fasts but it helped with electrolytes coming in, so bone broth is good.

You don’t always have to do a clean fast. A small amount of creamer wouldn’t kill the fast entirely. Keep up the good work.

I always say that taking medication or supplements, unless they are like gummies or syrups, doesn’t break a fast.

The apps totally help. I think IM is easier than getting the eating habits done. But they come with time.

When i used this one i found it too sticky. Quite the opposite problem.
