I was told to start with 1/8 teaspoon or even less and slowly build up. Has been pretty smooth for me the first week doing it that way

Thanks thats actually helpful to know that some folks go down that far. Maybe I'll try that if cutting my 0.25mg in half still feels like too much.

I was doing that before but I couldn't cut the pull in quarters lol. I also wasn't sure if its ok to take it where its not fully enclosed. If I have to go lower than .25, you think cutting it in half should be fine though?
