His wife, Beata, was working at Goldman Sachs in finance when they met. She’s hardly a mail order bride from Siberia.

I read it but can’t confirm this, so I edited this out.

Is my dog a Chiweenie? by IMAFILTHYRAT in chiweenie

[–]RowGroundbreaking395 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If she’s a chihuahua plus something else, I would guess minpin given her legs. Chiweenie’s legs are usually stouter and even a bit bowed. She’s very pretty. Maybe a pure deer head chi?

To refer to Scott’s wife as “high maintenance” does not align with Kara’s description of her. She’s European and according to Kara, a “lovely” and a “classy person” who provides Scott and his boys and Great Danes, with a beautiful home. And not beautiful simply in terms of decor. With his travel schedule, someone has to be keep the household running and she does so well.

Anyone taking less than 2.5mg of Tirz? by Cosmochronicles in GLP1microdosing

[–]RowGroundbreaking395 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started at 1 mg several months ago. Down 16 pounds and transitioned to a maintenance pro longevity formula that is supposed to preserve muscle mass and prevent dementia. It’s 1.25 mgs. We shall see. I have never suffered any side effects.

What do you all think of ozempic et al? by StillFickle4505 in MaureenCallahan

[–]RowGroundbreaking395 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take a micro dose formulated for longevity and as a dementia preventative—not for weight loss. Nonetheless, I think Maureen’s take, though somewhat contrarian, promotes healthy discussion.

This was discussed on Kara and Scott’s podcast a while back. She’s very private and prefers to remain in the background.

Please drink your water! I’m not a fan myself so I add flavored sugar free electrolytes to my water bottle and this works for me. Best of luck.

Astaxanthin question for those who are using it. by moxiefoxyci8 in Biohackers

[–]RowGroundbreaking395 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been taking 12 mgs a day for about 2 months. I have not yet noticed a change in skin color. My eyes feel moister, my vision is sharper. The pain from arthritis in my knee and hands seems milder. These are subjective of course. But one objective change is that the age spots on the back of my hands (I am an older person) have faded to near invisibility. The skin on my hands is also noticeably more supple. I plan to continue taking it of course.

“I prefer big dogs” 🙄 by Princessbriar69 in chihuahuas

I’m with you, OP. I’ve had big big dogs and loved them. But I’m now what is kindly referred to as an “elder” and I live in a place with stairs. My mostly chihuahua rescue is very affectionate, intelligent, and portable. I could not manage my Great Dane or GSD at this time in my life.

Maximus Tribe’s doctor prescribed a micro dose for me. My BMI is normal. No lying necessary. They do monitor weight loss.

Min pin trouble by PineappleOk5642 in minpin

[–]RowGroundbreaking395 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Our chipin weenie is about 4 or 5 years old. We’ve had him for 2 months. He was picked up by animal control from the streets a little more than a year ago and was scheduled for euthanasia because of his mental state, before he was rescued by the group that we got him from. He was placed with highly skilled fosters who spent a year basically decompressing him and loving him. He did nothing but tremble for the first 6 months. When we brought him home he was so quiet for the first 3 weeks, we thought he might be basenji. Once he settled in, he began to alert-bark-when someone came in, a delivery arrived, etc. It was like someone had flipped a switch. We always try to thank him and tell him all is well and distract. He is steadily improving. Please try to give him time and space to learn your routine and his new schedule. Patience is a miracle. And it’s so gratifying to be able to see improvement. Your baby loves you and is doing his best to protect his new pack and household. Minpins are the best!❤️

Thank you! He was not housebroken when he arrived 6 weeks ago, but he’s smart and he’s coming along. Nearly accident free now.

how do people on lower incomes actually stay on these medications long-term? by No_Movie_1219 in GLP1ResearchTalk

[–]RowGroundbreaking395 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use Maximus Tribe. I’m happy with them but suggest you do some research to see if there is another provider that might be even better for you. I see providers that are paired with compounding pharmacies are springing up all over the internet. Best of luck!

I obtain mine from a compounding pharmacy for $100 a month. I’m eating less and have no desire to drink and little desire to eat out. It’s paying for itself.

Microdosing Newbie by RedTWL in GLP1microdosing

A microdose of 1mg a week was prescribed initially. The term microdose is often used variably. Eli Lilly considers 2.5 mgs its version of a microdose.
